First I took two random numbers 4 and 5 and when I multiplied them the area was
20 and the perimeter was 18 so it didn't fit. Then I tried decreasing 1 which was 3 and increasing 1 and that was 6. I tried the numbers 3 and 6 and it worked. So when Charlie said there was only one solution I agreed with Charlie as because it was the only possible one.
