I know that you can't make 37 because you are picking an even amount of numbers (10) and all off the numbers in the bag are odd. You can't make 37 because odd (the amount of numbers in the bag)+ odd = even and even + even = even. As there is an even number of times you can pick a number, you must do odd + odd = even 5 times, (because there are 2 odd numbers) the number must be even every time.
