For the first question I assumed that the highest square you could make would have an area of 49cm2
as I worked out that each square would be 1 so there was seven squares so I multiplied 7 by 7 this gave me 49.
For the second Question I thought it would be 1, as 1 multiplied by 1 is 1
There are 6 squares you can make as there are 7 square numbers in 49: 1 4 9 16 25 36 and 49.
For the last question I realised if there were 20 squares each side would be 5, 5 multiplied by 5 is 25
there are 5 square numbers in 25
