First I used cards, but I wasn’t getting anywhere. So, I started working on a paper. I drew eight lines to show the eight numbers. I put two fours in a place where there are four spaces between. Then I started thinking, “what would go well next?” I went to the other end and put in my twos, threes, and ones. I checked it and thought, wow! A tip to get started is to think about the fours because you can’t put them in many places, then go on to the threes, twos, and ones.
