1) My explanation: You may as well double the last number in the sequence because the Fibonacci sequence is when you add the two previous numbers, you get the next number, so you just need to double the last number in your three consecutive numbers.

Solution:
1+1+2=4
1+2+3=6
2+3+5=10
3+5+8=16
5+8+13=26
8+13+21=42
