I think for number 8 is 1/32 because if you split the right angel triangel straight in 1 half (2 pecies) and then put the 2 pecies together to make reggular square it will make the same as number 9 which is 1/32 which a half of number 1 that is 1/16 which is double of number 5 and that is 1/8 which is the lowest you can get.
