For shape 4 it is 1/16 because you take the two triangles out and you have 1/2 of a recangle which is 1/8 so therefore it is 1/16.
I think shape 2 is 1/16 because shape 3 is 3/16 and and shape 2 is left over in 1 quarter of the shape so therefore it would be 1/16.
