I have figured out that 3,7,9,11,13,17 and lots more numbers cannot appear in factor-multiple chains because they are all prime numbers. I have also realised that the smallest factor-multiple chain is 2,4,8,12 and it only adds up to 26. I did not have time to finish the other questions.
