The cards are 8,7,13,10,6,12,9 because the first two cards have to add up to 15 so 8 + 7 = 15, then the next one is 20 so 7 + 13 = 20, then it's 23 so
13 + 10 = 23, after that it's 16 so 10 + 6 = 16, next it's 18 so 6 + 12 = 18 and finally 21, so 12 + 11 = 21
