-£3=-£1 which goes to show there are infinite ways of making £5 using this equation because you get you're number(x) and you keep on minusing one because then the list is endless seeing as all you need to do is get a multiple of 5, then divide it until it reaches the number 5.
plus you can reverse operations by cancelling transactions which widens your range of answers.
furthermore, the sky is your limit and there is a certain chance of infinite ways of getting £5 because this theory(see above) will always work because there is no end to the amount of numbers you can get!
