I think the solution is that when you start first you need to do 60 minuets and try to get it to quarter past 8 and the computers move. then try to get to halve past 9 and the computers move. then get it to get it to quarter to 11 and they computers move. then no matter what the computer does you will win because there is an hour and a quarter between quarter past 11 and 12 0 clock but the computer can only do and hour.
