1. First we followed the instructions on how to make the flower as shown on the video.

2. Next we shaded one of the small triangles as shown.

3. Follwing that we counted how many squares there were and altogether there were 16 (1/16).

4. Then we unfolded the flower until we got the original square and then cut out a small square with the shaded triangle.

5. After we found out how many small triangles there was in 1/16 of the orginal square. We found 32 triangles in 1/16.

6. Finally we multiplied the 32 from the triangle by 16 from the square which equalled 512 therefore the answer is 1/512 because we shaded one small triangle and altogether there are 512 small triangles.
