Latest problems - NRICH Live for Teachers

Join Liz and Charlie online for a chance to work on some problems from their latest features, and to consider the valuable mathematical thinking that the problems might prompt in your classroom.

Date to discuss the Primary Feature with teachers of 5-11 year olds:

Wednesday 15 September, 16.00-17.00 BST

Date to discuss the Secondary and Post-16 features with teachers of 11-17 year olds:

Tuesday 14 September, 16.00-17.00 BST

Why get involved?
This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with other like-minded teachers on some rich mathematical tasks, and to reflect on the implications for your practice.

On the day

These events will be hosted on Zoom and a link will be shared with all those who register.

During the events we will invite you to have a go at some maths activities from our latest features and share the thinking that informed their development. It would therefore be useful for you to have pencil and paper available. There will be opportunities to share your thoughts using the Zoom chat facility.

How to get involved

You can sign up by registering online. If several teachers from the same school would like to take part, you will each need to register individually.
