EYFS Thinking About: Sandwiches

Age 3 to 5
Teachers from Seven Mills Primary School (Tower Hamlets, London) challenged their Reception children to have a go at the NRICH task Sandwiches. Have a look at the children's creative approach to working on this task.

     


     
The NRICH Project aims to enrich the mathematical experiences of all learners. To support this aim, members of the NRICH team work in a wide range of capacities, including providing professional development for teachers wishing to embed rich mathematical tasks into everyday classroom practice.
