This is a special Daisy because you can make
all the numbers from 1 to 35.
You are only allowed to add neighbours
(numbers touching each other) and you can
only use one of each number in a sum.
Daisy, with 18 at the centre and petals of 1, 2, 4, 5, and 5.

We can make all the numbers from 1 to 35 using this Daisy.
Can you do better than this with a different set of numbers?
The challenge is to find six numbers to go in the Daisy from which you can make all the numbers from 1 to a number bigger than 35.

This task was found in one of Brian Bolt's books and developed by MEDIAN in their collection of interesting number resources (ring 01743 450404 for a publications list).
