We had just one solution sent in from Aaron at Oak Heights Mustangs in the US.

He wrote the following:

I clicked on a number and if I got it wrong I would memorize that number and if I see something that matches that number I would put those two into a pair. 

I would count the number on each card and keep reminding myself that number is there.
