Why do this
problem?
This problem is one using combinations which needs systematic
working and logical thinking. It is suitable for working in pairs
with a partner. Spreadsheets can be used for working and
recording.

How can you tell how many times you have used that
letter?
Can you make a table to show your results so far?
Possible extension
Learners could find different ways to arrange the biscuits and
