Make a pair of cubes that can be moved to show all the days of the month from the 1st to the 31st. For example, the cubes below show the 9th.

Not as easy as it first sounds! Check carefully to make sure all the dates can be made.

Of course no calendar would be complete without the month being shown. You can make another shape called a dodecahedron and write the months of the year on each face. A net of the dodecahedron is shown below - if you click on it you'll see a big one that you can print and cut out.
