Overlaying pentominoes can produce some effective patterns. Why not
use LOGO to try out some of the ideas suggested here?

Look carefully at the first two shapes. How would you
describe the change?
Try comparing the new shape to A, B, C or D. How would you describe
each of these changes?
It might help to talk to someone else about your ideas.
