Matthew (St.Clare School, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) found this way to give the three children 4 sweets each.

Dan - 3 mints, 1 jelly
Sid - 2 chocolate, 2 jellies
Anna - 2 chocolate, 2 mints

Kirsten (St.Clare School, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) found two more ways to do it.

Dan - 3 mints, 1 jelly
Sid - 1 jelly, 3 chocolates
Anna - 1 chocolate, 1 jelly, 2 mints

OR

Dan - 3 jelly, 1 mint
Sid - 4 chocolate
Anna - 4 mints

I wonder if there are any other ways to do it?
